THE SOUL OF TRADITIONAL THAI COOKING

 

Kabir Moorjani spent a year at Le Cordon Bleu in Bangkok perfecting the art of this delicate cuisine. Art, because, like a painting that balances colours, light and texture so does Thai cuisine balance flavours, colours and textures. After cooking all day at college, Kabir spent evenings at Thai homes, cooking with mothers

 

  • grandmothers, some of who were generous enough to part with treasured family recipes. Weekends were spent travelling to various regions of Thailand as each region has its own cooking technique and flavours.

 

Today, a home chef and caterer, Kabir shares some of his recipes.

 

Humble request…Please do not come before 11am, as our host needs to prepare and organize her house and staff for us.

After the above mentioned time all calls to be made to the Cooking Chairladies and not to the above person.

 

LIMIT: 30 Members.
