“FLUORESENSE”

Design Temple was founded in 1999, as a multi-disciplinary graphic design studio. A heritage building tucked in the by lanes of the cultural hub of Colaba, is home to their creations.

Fluoresense is a show inspired by the ancient Indian Philosophy of a brightened, heightened state-of-mind while in the flux of everyday life. Curator Divya Thakur, shares her vision of this vibrant calm, with various signs and symbols that are playfully juxtaposed with the chatter of everyday life. The show and collection comprises of Prints, Posters and other home objects and moves between an ancient Indian approach to spirituality, and the demands of contemporary living – emphasizing the need for bright, balanced living.
