Nikhila Palat joined Taj Mahal Palace Hotel soon after the terror attack in 2008, to revamp the shattered image of the hotel. Her success could be seen in the return of guests and the wide-spread positive media coverage with even BBC Television requesting a 3-part series on the Taj.

 

After 6 years at the Taj, Nikhila started her own company, Katalyst Reputation Management, and it speaks of her professional expertise that Taj continues to use her services.
