ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

 

The Annual General Meeting of Indus International will be held

 

on Tuesday, 16th April 2019

at 11.00 am sharp.

 

Venue:            Women Graduate Union

Amy Rustomjee Hall, Dumayne Road, Opp. Colaba Bus Depot, Mumbai 400005. (There is a lift available at the back)

 

The Hall will be open from 10.00 am for registration/membership renewals.Tea and coffee will be served before the AGM. Membership fees will be accepted at the AGM along with Membership Renewal Forms and Participation Forms.

MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL FEES AT AGM

 

Members attending the AGM on 16th April 2019 are requested to pay their membership renewal fees at the meeting. Please ensure that your fees are submitted along with the membership renewal form. Fees will NOT be accepted without the form.

 

If you are paying by cheque, please fill in your cheque number and bank name in BOTH copies of the receipt, before submitting your form and payment at the counter. This will save a lot of time and make the process smoother for you as well as for the volunteers collecting the renewal fees. Your copy of the receipt will be signed and handed over to you. Please do not leave the counter without your receipt.

 

Whether you are paying by cash or cheque, please DO NOT staple your payment to the form. Please use paper pins or paper clips.

 

If you are unable to attend the AGM, you can send your form and renewal fees to the Treasurer or any other Board member. Alternately you may mail the form and cheque to the official Indus International address:

 

Indus International, DBS Business Centre, Raheja Chambers, 2nd Floor, 213, Nariman Point, Mumbai 400021. All payments for the year 2019-2020 MUST be made by 31st July 2019.

 

Volunteers, Please note:

All renewal fees MUST be accompanied by the membership renewal form. Please DO NOT accept any payment without the form.

For members paying by cheque, please ensure that they have filled the cheque number and bank name in BOTH copies of the receipt for the year 2019-2020.

Please initial the member’s copy of the receipt, detach it and hand it over.
