SHARING IS CARING

This morning we have Dr. Bela Doctor from the SRCC Children’s Hospital managed by Narayana Health.

The SRCC Children’s Hospitals aim is the wellbeing of the next generation and to bring smiles on the face of those young children who come from the weaker section of the society and hence are unable to pay for their treatment.

We will be introduced to the various facilities of the hospital  and have personal interaction with Dr. Bela who will discuss the hospital’s Vision, intent & effort and volunteer opportunities and how Indus women can be part of the larger vision for children’s Healthcare in India.

They also believe in Family Centred care and run a programme called Family First. Here the focus is in creating a stress-free environment in the hospital through the  cheerful  ambience and volunteer programmes, so families  remember their time   in the hospital with some pleasant and fun memories, not just traumatic ones.
