“All the world’s a stage and men and women merely players” said Shakespeare.  We, too, have played our role on the Indus stage and are now ready to hand over the arena to a new set of players.  The year gone by has been a memorable, enjoyable and educative experience which we will cherish for many years to  come!  In keeping with our theme ‘Building Bridges of Friendship’  many meaningful bonds have been formed between Indian and Foreign members.

The time has come to say thank you to all those who have contributed in one way or another.  Thanks  is a little word but it has a lot of depth and meaning in it.  So, with a grateful and happy heart we thank :  all our capable Board members and Chairladies, who kept the wheels of Indus moving smoothly and efficiently; the Advisory Board for their invaluable guidance; the Nominating, Membership, Disbursement, Computer and Ad-hoc Committees for their co-operation and assistance; all those who graciously hosted the meetings; all our lovely members who have put in their bit every step of the way.  Herein, we acknowledge our Founder Members who founded this magical organisation, which functions so beautifully year in and year out.

We welcome and congratulate the incoming Team and wish them all success.

We request you to read this newsletter carefully and attend the AGM.
