Today’s event revolves around culture.... cultured food actually..... Confused?........Let me explain:

Rasesh Vissanji and his team will show you how to make a delicious menu with food that has been fermented using different food “cultures”. Today, they will demonstrate and pass around tastings of some of the dishes, that you can make at home using organic products.

There will be a charge of Rs.150 for this meeting.
