Chairadies, please e-mail your blurbs for the month of September by August 1st to Anupam Anand (anu_siya@yahoo.co.in) and Mila Kahlon (mgantcheva@hotmail.com). Please make sure we both receive a copy. The deadline for any changes / corrections in your blurbs is August 5th.

You are required to bring one hard copy (hand over to the Vice Presidents) and present a brief synopsis of your meeting. In case both chairladies are unable to attend, please make sure to provide a hard copy in advance to one of the Vice Presidents or to another chairlady who will be present and will be able to read it out at the meeting.

It is a must to bring two copies of your attendance sheets from the month of July and hand over to the membership treasurers.
