Parsis’ and their cuisine are inseparable. Today Indus member Pervin Poonawala welcomes us into her home for a taste of traditional Parsi bhonu which includes the all-time favorite Patra Ni Machi OR Paneer (fish or paneer steamed in a delicious green chutney).

 

Pervin is a talented self-taught chef who has done various courses at Le Cordon Bleu to nurture her passion for teasing the taste buds. Please join us for a mouthwatering demonstration of Parsi food.

 

Limit: 35.  There will be a charge of Rs 200 for this meeting.
