“Chiropractic – keeps you moving”

Chiropractic is a non-invasive hands-on therapy that focuses on manipulation of the spine. Chiropractors examine the biomechanics, structure, and function of the spine and its relationship with health. Spinal manipulation or chiropractic adjustments are the most common treatment in chiropractic care. While adjustments are the central part of chiropractic treatment, they are accompanied with soft tissue therapy, acupuncture, rehabilitative exercises and lifestyle counseling.

Dr. Ismat Kanga graduated in Physiology from Mcgill University, Canada and subsequently completed her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. She developed an interest in research, leading her to pursue a program in Clinical Sciences. In 2014, Dr.Kanga obtained her fellowship from the College of Chiropractic Sciences. Utilizing spinal manipulation, acupuncture soft tissue therapy and rehabilitative exercises, Dr.Kanga aims to reduce pain, increase function and improve quality of life.
