Dr Anjali Doshi, a well-known occupational therapist, will give you an insight on how when we become emotionally disturbed, this interferes with our professional and personal goals. This school of thought is called Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy or REBT in short. REBT Holistic is an umbrella of multiple programmes which help you change your self- defeating thoughts, emotions and behaviour. REBT gives education for life and will enable us to enhance our happiness at work and at home.
