JAPANESE DELIGHTS BY ANU ANAND
Konnichi-wa! Japan is known for its beautiful scenery, ancient culture and unique cuisine. This month, our own Anupama Anand will be showcasing Japanese specialties. An avid traveller and self-taught cook, Anu’s travels in Japan sparked her interest in learning to cook authentic Japanese cuisine.
Japanese food is much more than just sushi, and Anu will be preparing some favourites from around the country that are sure to appeal to the Indian and international palate. Anu believes that all of us can recreate the Japanese food she loves and will share her tips and ideas to make it fun and easy. So let’s all visit Japan this month. Arigato Gozaimasu!
Ladies, you are most welcome to cook along with Anu in your own kitchens. Recipes will be shared in advance.
