Please join us for what promises to be a highly enjoyable morning. We will be joined by Mansi Jasani who is a cheesemaker, cheesemonger and the founder of The Cheese Collective which she started in 2014. The Cheese Collective makes various fresh spreadable cheeses and curates the rest from cheesemakers across the country… including far-flung artisans based in the Himalayas. They are known for their unique cheese platters and boxes with an assortment of cheeses and condiments, as well as their cheese tasting and cheese appreciation workshops which can be found online.

Mansi Jasani’s cheese journey began with an internship at Murray’s Cheese in New York and since then she has been constantly learning about cheese and cheese mongering through her experiences at cheese conferences and festivals in the US, Italy & France. As she herself says, Mansi is all about the cheese and the ideas and items that go with it. What she loves most, is to share the story of cheese and find the next unique pairing. She has hosted various cheese workshops as well as co-authored a chapter on India for The Oxford Companion to Cheese. Her customised cheese hampers are well received and today she will share her expertise on how she curates these hampers, explain cheese parings and how to best plate different cheeses.
