A new year begins for Indus and we are excited to see our friends again. This month the cooking swap shop has been invited to “Knead” – the recently opened vegetarian café and cooking studio in the Kala Ghoda district.

Moshe Shek needs little introduction. He stumbled into the hospitality industry in his 20’s and never looked back. He started his career working in the kitchens of five-star hotels, went on to launch his own chain of cafes across Mumbai, curates’ culinary workshops at his gorgeous cooking studio in Alibagh and has recently launched café Knead.
