Resolved that the Audited Balance Sheet as on 31st March 2018 and the Income and Expenditure Account for the Year ended 31st March 2018 presented before the Extraordinary General Meeting on Thursday 27th September 2018 are hereby received and adopted.

Explanatory Statement

The Accounts of Indus International could not be approved at the Annual General Meeting held on 17th April 2018 as the audit had not been completed, on account of delay of TDS certificates from the bank, therefore under Article 66 (2) of the Rules and Regulations of the Memorandum of Association of Indus International, the Meeting is being called to pass this Resolution.
