Tejal was born and brought up in Hong Kong, where her love for Cantonese food developed. She started catering as The Cantonese Kitchen just under 2 years ago.


Cantonese food is one that celebrates subtle flavours and freshness of produce without the overload of saucing and spicing. As a result, this cuisine is actually lower in fat than most home food, and extremely healthy and sustainable as a daily cuisine. 


In addition to catering, Tejal has produced a bottled selection of her marinades, dressings, chilli oils, etc, that are MSG and Preservative free.


Today, she will demonstrate and pass around tastings of some of her popular dishes that you can make at home or order from her.


Limit: 30. No guests please.


There will be a charge of Rs. 200.
