MEDITATION AS MEDICATION – WAY TO HEALTHY MIND AND BODY.


Since times immemorial people have always looked for happiness – whether it is through prized possessions or emotional attachments.


Is this true happiness or is it a transient happiness?


As the body, mind, emotions and soul are interconnected; any disturbance in one level will reflect in all other levels.  Practicing meditation helps people to maintain good health. Some experts have compared meditation to a ‘reset button’ for the body.


Meditation is a way to a healthy mind and body. With meditation, we can release burdens of external influences and attachments. The true nature of one’s soul i.e. love and joyousness starts emerging so as to help an individual to make better choices through clear thinking. Meditation is a way to calm the restless mind to a state of tranquillity. This will fulfil our inner desire to be truly happy. 


Mrs. Leena Vaidya, a renowned spiritual healer has been conducting spiritual healing sessions and workshops for more than 15 years with amazing results.


She gives talks to enlighten people about the benefits of meditation and the way to heal themselves and/or others.
