THE JOURNEY OF WELLNESS

HOW DO WE FIND PEACE, PERMANENCE AND CERTAINTY IN A WORLD THAT IS, BY ITS VERY NATURE, IMPERMANENT, UNCERTAIN AND VOLATILE?

”Your wellness is a journey”, says Radhika. ”The ultimate goal of yoga is to tame the mind into stillness, simply because all our experiences of pain and pleasure stem from an undisciplined, chaotic and restless mind. To deal with all of life’s circumstances with skill, living life with fullness and being happy, is a learned art and the essence of the life practice of yoga”.

In this session, you will develop greater awareness of the workings of your mind, experience simple breathing and meditation techniques that, if practiced daily, will significantly enhance your ability to be more mindful and peaceful. Post which, we will have an interactive Q&A session.

Radhika Vachani is the author of Just Breathe, founder of Yogacara Healing Arts, and a student of the Iyengar School of Yoga for over 15 years now. Passionate about human wellness, Radhika believes, ”Our breath is by far the most powerful tool in helping us achieve balance, inner strength, and calm in our lives.”
