HEAL-THY VEGAN and GLUTEN-FREE DELIGHTS

 

Shashi Rungta, a housewife took up HEAL-THY cooking at the age of 50 to cater to her husband's health requirement of a vegan diet. Since day 1, she never looked back and moved to a whole- food, plant based diet.

 

In the process, she trained as a Whole Food Plant Based Facilitator certified by Sharan. Since 3 years she [1] does cooking workshops at Sharon & TOS in India and USA, [2] caters for WFPB for diverse international clients and [3] plays the role of a head Chef at Sampoornam Holistic Retreats under the leadership of Dr. Rajan Sankaran.

 

She is going to show us how to make oil free dahi vadas with dairy free curd, pizzas with a gluten free base and cashew nut cheese and calcium shots.

 

There will be a charge of ` 300 per person.
