KIDDIES CORNER WITH CANCER PATIENTS

Indus International along with Passages (www.epassages. org) has organized a Diwali party for 35 children undergoing cancer treatment, from the Asian Cancer Foundation (www. asiancancerfoundation.org). There will be simple art activities for the kids, a silent magician’s act, and lunch. The children will also get a goodie bag to take home.

We need eight volunteers to help with the activities. Participation will be given for volunteering, for which registration is required.

We have not kept this an open meeting as the children are all undergoing aggressive treatment and are therefore very susceptible to any infection. The Cancer Foundation has strictly informed us to ensure that unwell members (cold, cough included) do not attend this meeting.
