AN AUTHENTIC ITALIAN EXPERIENCE at VETRO

We are delighted to introduce our Italian Expert, Chef AdrianoBaldassarre. Chef Adriano has extensive experience at a variety of fine restaurants across Europe and has worked with many Michelin star chef’s like Giorgio Locatelli, Heinz Beck and Antonello Colonna before he opened his own restaurant “il Tordo Matto” which  won its first Michelin star in 2007. His extensive travels and experience in Michelin-starred restaurants results in a menu at Vetro that incorporates dishes from varied regions of Italy. Today Adriano is going to demonstrate some special dishes for our members to learn and taste.
