ANTHILLS OF SAVANNAH

Valay Gada, a sculptor was born in 1980 and graduated from NIFT after a B.A. in English Literature.  Valay’s inspiration comes from preserving and adapting India’s craft tradition in harmony with nature. His work reflects his concerns with the impact of urbanisation and climate change eroding our natural world. 

He seeks to beautify the internal landscape with form over function based on organic shapes.  He works primarily with fibreglass and metal alloys. 

 Come witness his oversized sculptures which draw inspiration from botanical imagery.
