Join us for a virtual gastronomic experience with acclaimed celebrity chef  and restauranteur  Rahul Akerkar as he demonstrates a range of vegetarian and non-vegetarian Italian treats.


A biochemical engineer by education, Rahul was driven by his culinary passion and deviated into the food space forty years ago. His inspiring journey began by working behind the scenes in some of New York’s top kitchens. On his return to India in 1989, he set up a number of award-winning restaurants including Indigo which eventually changed the way India eats. Known for setting industry trends with his ingredient driven cuisine and warm hospitality, Rahul secured his position as India’s first successful chef- restaurant entrepreneur and paved the way for standalone fine dining in India.
