Join a fun dance morning with Selma Kriegner, dancer and instructor with great passion, and learn some easy steps in Discofox. It's a popular dance form that originated in Europe in the 1970s and is a fusion of Foxtrot, Swing, Cha Cha, Salsa and the Rock'n'Roll.
