“I love to create a story with my food making it visually a culinary delight,” says Monica Mahajan, who has been creatively inclined towards recreating the presentation of existing dishes.

In today’s meeting she will be teaching us simple concepts of well decorated, aesthetically presented, themed platters for Breakfast, High Tea, Date night and her signature Cheese Platter of exotic food with a taste which will not only be memorable but also a soulful experience.
