FESTIVAL OF CHARITY

The purpose of Festival of Charities is to raise money for good causes and support the needy.

Over the years, we have been putting up a great show with teams who put in a lot of hard work to make this a day that matters. It is an important day in our calendar and we look forward to it. We have also received a lot of feedback on giving it a facelift. With the resourceful ladies of Indus, we can surely put up an event that showcases our ethos.

This year we have thought of making this a cultural evening, targeted at an audience who would enjoy an evening of food, music and fellowship. The date is pushed to February, as December is a month for a lot of social engagements.  The food stalls , cooking swap shop, kiddie corner will continue. The old clothes, old books will not be collected or sold. We will welcome new, unused items, which you might have received as gifts or bought on impulse. They can be left at Nimmi Bhatia’s residence.

The NGOs will get a platform with our annual event as it is closer to Christmas. These will also be curated so as to make it more profitable for them.
