Directions: Pass the Palladium mall and go under the flyover, take a U-turn at the first signal and make an immediate left. At the end the lane, make a left onto lower Parel station road. At restaurant PACHU make a right and make another right at the temple, follow the road till you see an orange door on your left.





Today, Indus member Neha Manekia and her husband, Chef Joshua D’Souza invite us to their Gourmet Studio to sample various dishes from their modern European menu.


After having travelled the world extensively for work, the food loving couple decided to come back to Bombay and start their own business.


Silverspoon Gourmet specializes in modern European cuisine and today the talented pair is going to demonstrate some and easy-to-replicate courses.
