WE  GOT  TALENT

Mumbai’s young musicians and singers will entertain us with western and classical music.

Kahan Taraporevala and Mahi Ghia are two 17 year olds IB students at DSB International School.

Kahan has trained as a classical pianist at the Mehli Mehta Music Foundation since 2007 and has danced for the past 11 years. He also plays the drums and guitar. His passions include songwriting and football. He has performed at the Blue Frog (solo piano and voice) and at Café Zoe with other bands. Kahan is currently working as an early music assistant teacher at the Mehli Mehta Music Foundation and hopes to pursue a career in music.

Mahi started singing when she was 4 years old with Mehli Mehta Music Foundation. At the age of 6 she started learning to play the piano, that she disliked in the beginning, for about two years. Today it’s the most important activity that she looks forward to. She played western classical and did grade 4 exams of the Royal school. She plans to learn to compose her own pieces. Right now she plays and sings western pop music.

So ladies let us enjoy and enrich ourselves today with the voices and the music of young talents!
