MODERN COASTAL CUISINE PRESENTED FROM MAHÉ RESTAURANT, GOA

For the July Cooking Swapshop, INDUS goes to Goa! Located in Anjuna, Goa, in a century-old Indo-Portuguese villa, Mahé Restaurant uses fresh, seasonal produce to create classic favourites in small and large plates to showcase cuisines from across the entire coastline of India. 

 

Mahé was started by Parth Timbadia (previously behind Bonobo and Jam Jar Diner) in collaboration with Chef Sandeep Sreedharan, with the menu celebrating Chef Sandeep’s childhood culinary favourites.  The demo begins with a walk-through tour of the beautifully restored property, followed by Chef Sandeep preparing some of Mahé’s most famous dishes, with a focus on light and easy cooking to inspire your next culinary masterpiece!
