Guidelines for Zoom Meetings:

• The ‘invite id’ for meetings will be sent on both, whatsapp & email, one day prior to the meeting. If you are not on email, please notify the membership treasurers; for whatsapp please contact Anita Mahtani on +91 96192 72818.

• Meetings will be open for joining 15 minutes prior to the given time, thereafter it will be locked. so please be on time. It is also suggested that members check the meeting timings, which could differ. The limit is 100 nos.

• For ensuring your attendance is duly marked, please keep your videos on and stay till end of the meeting.

• As the meeting starts, the host will ‘mute’ everyone, so that the speaker is not disturbed. It is important not to unmute yourself while the meeting is in progress.

• When logging in, please ensure that your device displays your name and membership number. in case of difficulty, the chairladies or host can assist you.

• Regarding meetings which include guests, please ensure that the guest’s devices display “guest of member xyz”, next to the guest name.

Annual fee payment

Please send your renewal fee of RS. 3,500 before 31st August 2020, or a late payment fine of RS. 500 will be charged.

Because of the Covid-19 situation we prefer a contact less payment via bank transfer.

Cash envelopes (incl. Name and Membership No.) to be dropped to the residences of the treasurers Pervin Poonavala or Sucharu Khanna.
