TV THROUGH THE YEARS - A CHAT WITH ANANTH MAHADEVAN – ACTOR, DIRECTOR, WRITER.

How has Indian television and cinema changed over the years? From the single channel Doordarshan era to the daily soap and web series; from story driven to star driven. Is this change for the better or worse?

Ananth Mahadevan is an accomplished and well-known actor, performing on stage, television & film for over 30 years. He has written and directed films across genres, with sensitive award winning films like Mee Sindhutai Sapkal and Gour Hari Dastaan to popular Bollywood hits like Dil Vil Pyaar Vyaar & Dil Maange More.  His films have won numerous awards in International Film festivals.

His book Once Upon a Prime Time charts his journey and experiences over these exciting times, which he will share with us and answer questions.

This promises to be a very interesting session.
