MENTAL HEALTH AND WELL-BEING

Dr Aditi Govitrikar graduated as a medical doctor from Grant Medical College Mumbai. She is also a certified counsellor from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, a masters degree in psychology and a degree in Positive psychology from the esteemed Harvard University.

She has conducted several stress management workshops for the Mumbai Police and is a wellness consultant for Ajinkya D.Y Patil University.

Besides her medical career, she is very active as an actor and super model and has endorsed top international and national brands like Fendi, Harry Winston, Chopard, Dabur, Ponds etc.

She has acted in several movies and done musical videos with Adnan Sami, Asha Bhosle and Jagjit Singh. She has won several awards as a super model and was voted by Business Today as a woman with “Beauty & Brains”.

Today she will address us on how to best cope with the ongoing pandemic.

So ladies do join in to listen to Dr Aditi Govitrikar.
