AN IMMERSIVE COOKING DEMO INSPIRED BY THE GOLDEN TRIANGLE

A restaurant and cocktail lounge located behind the Taj Palace Hotel. Miss T opened its doors in 2018 and has been declared the best new restaurant as per the 2019 Mid Day Guide Awards.

The Cuisine is inspired by the food from the Asian Golden Triangle, complemented by an immersive cocktail experience, in a casual chic setting.

They have a special cooking demo planned, wherein theywill showcase how to make Vietnamese rolls and two healthy and delicious salads. Chef Nikhil Abhyankar will discuss how one can elevate their plating skills at home to present it as a dish served at Miss T.
