Notice is hereby given that an Extra Ordinary General Body Meeting of Indus International will be held on 17th July 2014 at 10.00 a.m at the residence of:

Vrinda Jhunjhunwala,                                                                                                                                                               

To consider and if thought fit, to pass with or without modifications, the following Resolution:

“Resolved that the Audited Balance Sheet as at 31st March 2014 and the Income and Expenditure Account for the year ended 31st March 2014 presented before the Extra Ordinary General Body Meeting on 17th July 2014  are hereby received and adopted.”

Explanatory Statement

The Accounts of Indus International could not be approved at the Annual General Meeting held on 16th April 2014 as the audit had not been completed, therefore under Article 66(2) of the Rules and Regulations of the Memorandum of Association of Indus International.

The above meeting is being called to adopt the audited accounts.
