30-40% of our stress and anxiety is related to relationships. Relationships pose challenges to our personal, emotional and mental well-being. How does one deal with a relationship which is difficult, hostile or at times a result of our karmas?

 

One can do so with the oneness of the human body, mind and soul, harnessed through “the awakening of Primordial Energy”, in meditation, which helps deal with all relationship based stress and anxiety.

 

This “awakening” has been perfected by VILLY  DOCTOR  through a unique and easy form of meditation known as “Satya Meditation” after having extensively studied the effects of meditation on the human mind and subtle system.
