Chef Irfan Pabaney has been at the helm of some of the most notable restaurants in his 20 years in the restaurant business. Under the Over, Seijo and the Soul Dish, Indigo and Hakkasan have all been important stops on his culinary journey.

 

His partner and co-owner Chef Rachel Goenka realized her true calling and passion was in food and decided to turn her dream into a reality and the duo ventured out to start their dream restaurant The Sassy Spoon.

 

The Sassy Spoon is old yet young, comforting yet surprising, rustic yet refreshing. They are perhaps one of the few chef run restaurants where food and customers take precedence above everything else.

 

Today Chef Irfan will share a few of his favourite recipes and will do a demo of 2 dishes using local and fresh ingredients.

 

Limit: 30. There will be a charge of Rs. 150. No guests please.
