Vrinda Mundkur is an established Hindustani classical vocalist of all forms of music, be it Khayal, Thumri, Tarana or Bhajan  performing for over 3 decades all across India and abroad. She has received extensive and rigorous training from the maestros of Agra Atrauli and Khurja gharana of Hindustani Classical music.

She has also given several lectures, demonstrations and thematic concerts for organizations like L&T, Hindustan Lever, Somaiya College and Garware Institute of Management amongst others.

The prestigious Dagar Gharana Award for excellence in music, instituted by the esteemed Maharana Mewad Foundation of Udaipur has been bestowed upon her. She is also on the panel of Indian Council for Cultural Relations, Govt. of India

She has several CDs to her credit and has recorded for the archives of institutions like Ford foundation. A regular on All India Radio and television, music lovers can access her on YouTube or on her website www.vrindamundkur.com
