‘All diseases start in the gut’ said Hippocrates the founder of modern medicine.

A healthy gut contributes to a strong immune system, heart health, brain health, improved mood, better sleep and effective digestion. Today we are privileged to have with us Vinita Contractor, a renowned Holistic Nutrition and Lifestyle coach.  Vinita will educate us on achieving great health, inside out. She will also demonstrate a few easy to prepare fermented foods that are extremely beneficial for our gut health.

 She offers her clients coaching programs helping them reverse diseases such as cholesterol, diabetes, PCOS, Thyroid etc. She regularly conducts whole food plant-based cooking workshops all over India and overseas in person and online.
