The fragrance of freshly drenched earth with seasonal rains has cleansed our senses, relaxed and refreshed us. In fact, it feels like a dose of soothing tranquilizer during this stressful period.

Kudos to the chairladies for giving a fabulous start to this year, which is also borne out by the positive feed backs received from several members.

The Presidents, Selma and Helen connected with members of ‘Mumbai Connection’, over an informal coffee morning in July. It was encouraging to see the ladies enthusiasm about what we have achieved thru zoom meetings in such challenging times.  In fact, some of them showed keen interest to be part of Indus.   

The vacancies for foreign chair-ladies in as many as 5 activities still continue, despite best efforts and references made in the previous newsletters. Since this issue is likely to persist and perhaps also occur in subsequent years, we need to address this constraint and bring about necessary reform thru the appropriate forum.

Ladies, we have some exciting meetings lined up this month, including three live from overseas. So, lets enjoy August.
