MR. YOGINDER SHANKARDASS
Indus would like to express its sincere appreciation for all the invaluable guidance from the late Mr. Yoginder Shankardass, Senior Chartered Accountant, who extended his services to Indus from the early eighties. He was always accessible to all successive Presidents and Hon. Treasurers each year, giving his professional expertise unstintingly.
A true gentleman.  May he Rest in Peace.

Indus EGM of 6th July 2020 - Appointment of new CA/Auditor

This is to inform Members that consequent to the sudden demise of Mr Yoginder Shankardass, our CA/Auditor, an EGM was held at short notice on 6th July 2020, to facilitate the Appointment of a fresh CA/Auditor.

Accordingly, the following Resolution was duly adopted

“A casual vacancy has arisen for our CA/Auditor, due to the untimely death of Mr Shankardass of S P Chopra & Co, who was presently appointed CA/Auditor for Indus International. This will be filled in with immediate effect, by Mr Mukesh Sheth, of Seth & Associates, at registered Address, of 107, Golf View, Tardeo, Mumbai 400 034”
