Jalpa Shah is a fabulous cook who has experience in multiple cuisines.

She has been running a successful catering business for 6 years under the label 'Concept Cuisines'.

She also runs various different cooking classes. E.g. Crazy Pani Puris, special courses for students going abroad, Jumbo Supermeals, rich Protein — high fiber snacks are a few of her this month's class options.

She will be giving a Sushi cooking demo. You will learn the art of making vegetarian sushi and out of the box sushi themed preparations.

There will be a charge of INR 350 per person.
