Dr. Eric Borges, (MD —Internal medicine; DM —Cardiology) with an experience of more than 15 years, is a professor of Cardiology and is an Interventional Cardiologist at the Bombay Hospital Inst. of Medical Sciences. He is a Specialist for Interventional Cardiology —Coronary and Peripheral Angioplasty, Valvuloplasty and Pacemaker and also a critical care specialist.

In addition, he has written numerous articles in National and International Journals and at Conferences. He is a Trustee at the King George V Hospital and Ernest Borges Memorial home for cancer patients in Bandra.

Dr. Borges will discuss various “risk factors “for Coronary Artery Disease which is the number one killer in the world. The emphasis is on how to deal with these risk factors and alter one’s life style to ensure heart health and promote longevity.
