ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Annual General Meeting of Indus International will be held on Monday 17th April at 11:00 a.m. sharp.  Please see blurb for more details. Ladies who would like to volunteer on the day or donate food items, please call Rachita Kapur or Rhodie Hakim

MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL FEES AT AGM

* Members attending the AGM on April 17, 2017 are requested to pay their membership renewal fees at the meeting. Please ensure that your fees are submitted along with the membership renewal form. Fees will NOT be accepted without the form.

* If you are paying by cheque, please fill in your cheque number and bank name in BOTH copies of the receipt, before submitting your form and payment at the counter. This will save a lot of time and make the process smoother for you as well as the volunteers collecting the renewal fees. Your copy of the receipt will be signed and handed over to you. Please do not leave the counter without your receipt.

* Whether you are paying by cash or by cheque, pleases DO NOT staple your payment to the form. Please use paper pins or paper clips.

* If you are unable to attend the AGM, you can send your form and renewal fees to the Treasurer or any other Board member. Alternately, you may mail the form and cheque to the official Indus International address:

* This year, the membership renewal forms have perforated lines. Please initial the member’s copy of the receipt, detach it and hand it over.
