“Home sweet home”… what does it mean? Home is where I come from? Or Home is where I live? For me it is both. I am from Austria (Vienna in particular) living in Mumbai. After almost 3 months enjoying summer in Austria with Austrian culture, nature, food and family I am equally happy returning back to Mumbai enjoying charming chaos, warmth of Indian hospitality and domestic help!

Many of our foreign members may agree to my short poetic essay with equal mixed feelings when returning from their home country.

Some of our foreign members may feel homesick when returning. Others may have just arrived being in the “first stage of culture shock”. We have good news for all of you! INDUS celebrates 50 years of International friendship and a series of exciting events awaits you.

The next three months we will celebrate

September ...25th Parsi Fellowship,

October ....11th Diwali Masti with a bit of Charity,

November ....17th Founders Day lunch and Annual Event.

Please feel free to contribute not only in attending the meetings but also in getting actively involved in organizing or any other personal contribution. So ladies do come forward to help and participate.
