Resolved that the Audited Balance Sheet as on 31 st March 2017 and the Income and Expenditure Account for the Year ended 31 st March 2017 presented before the Extraordinary General Meeting on Friday, the 15th of September 2017 are hereby received and adopted.

Explanatory Statement

The Accounts of Indus International could not be approved at the Annual General Meeting held on 17 th April 2017 as the audit had not been completed, on account of delay of TDS certificates from the bank , therefore under Article 66 (2) of the Rules and Regulations of the Memorandum of Association of Indus International , the Meeting is being called to pass this Resolution .
