A healthy balanced approach to weight management and over indulgence.
This idea could be construed as just another antidote to empty promises of the diet industry, as many have experienced the yo yo nature of weight reduction programs, which leave a sense of being out of control, frustration, guilt etc,
This morning our own member Sarita Agarwal, a qualified Applied Nutritionist, will speak to us on the science of ‘Mindful Eating’ and the impact it has on our mental and physical wellbeing (including weight management).
Ladies do join us for an exploratory session on this concept.
