The idea to have a cup of coffee before the meetings is fellowship, getting to know each other a little more. Do make the effort of reaching the venue at 10.45 am so that you have time for that.

While we love the goodies dished out by our hostesses, an earnest request to hostesses not to put out more than 4 items on the table, including tea & coffee. This encourages more members to offer their homes as there in no pressure of serving a feast.

Please don’t come late, as it disturbs the speaker as every time a person enters there is a flurry of activity and attention gets diverted.

Please put your phone on SILENT before you enter the meeting as many of us forget about it later. The world can do without you for 90 minutes!
