A POTTER’S STORY
Anjani Khanna makes quirky, oftentimes large, figurative work. She says, “My yalis, as I refer to my sculpture, begin to live for me and tell their stories in their living. Their stories reflect my search as I negotiate life.”
Anjani studied ceramics with Ray Meeker at the Golden Bridge Pottery in Pondicherry, and has also worked with Ray Finch at the Winchcombe Pottery in the UK. Anjani has participated in artist-in-residence programs in the US, Europe, China and in India. Her work has been exhibited in India and abroad and is
part of the permanent collection at the International Ceramics Museum in Fuping, China.
Do join us to hear Anjani tell her story and that of her works.
