ZENTANGLE
Zentangle is a meditative art form which is easy to learn, a relaxing and fun way to create beautiful images by drawing structured patterns. It does not require you to be an artist and has no limitations of age!
Sunila is a trained designer with a successful stint of 25 years in the fashion industry. She conducts zentangle workshops with people from all walks of life and focuses on releasing their creative energy in order to to gain peace and happiness within oneself. The workshop begins with a 10-min yoga session. Thereafter, you will be introduced to a step by step method to create your first masterpiece. It ends with another 10 min of yoga to help you relax. Some of the key benefits of Zentangle: Improves focus and energy; de- stresses and calms the mind; anger management; reduces anxiety, fear and mental pressures; stimulates creativity and improves sleep.
