Joint meeting with Mumbai Connexions

The prostitution industry in Mumbai thrives on the sexual exploitation of young girls who have been deceived by families or neighbours and sold into a life of sexual slavery. Ricardo and Glaucia Santos, who have dedicated their lives to saving young girls from this future, will spare precious moments to talk to us about their time spent here in Mumbai.

Their NGO Jeevan Sach provides secure family life, proper education, vocational training and rehabilitation for the daughters of prostitutes. Join us as we learn the realities of sex trade and be inspired by the hope of brighter future. This is an uplifting story.

This is one of the many charities supported by Mumbai Connexions and we will also have Heather Brown, their charities coordinator and our very own member, with us today to highlight why Jeevan Sach deserves our support. Guests are welcome and we would also like to invite all members from Mumbai Connexions to join us in this worthwhile meeting!
